Founded in 1890, ST Protect is engaged in the design, production, and distribution of technologically advanced Individual, Collective, and Environmental Protection devices, as well as technical clothing and uniforms for specialized units (Army, Air Force, and Navy) and garments for high-end fashion brands.

Our history

More than 100 years of passionate work

1890

The first generation of the Sarchi family began by sewing saddles for the Army’s horses.

1915-1950

Serving the Italian Army by providing military clothing during World Wars.

1950

Acquisition of Tacconi S.p.A. and birth of the Safety division.

1960-2000

Leader in Italy in the design and production of military clothing (Navy, Airforce, Army) and Safety gear.

2010-2011

The New Generation of the Sarchi Family founds ST Protect which acquires full operativity of the Group. A few years later, Arroweld becomes a stakeholder of ST Protect and initiates its first activities in the fashion world.

2023

Entry of the new majority partner GMC with over 25 years experience in fashion industry aim developing Military – Safety – Fashion Divisions.

quality control of all incoming materials before sending to production labs and final customers.

Coordination of a well-established production network consisting of specialized workshops in various product categories and locations around the world: Italy, EU, non-EU, Turkey, Tunisia, Pakistan, China, etc.

Stringent quality checks at each phase of the production process with third-party partners and on finished garments at our own facility.
